Brief Biography
Cat Placencia teaches Careers and Professional Pathways (CADV 250) in the Child and Adolescent Development department as well as works with resident education and DEI in Housing at another California State University.
Cat has worked in education from early childhood to college-level. Areas of passion include social justice, career and self-development, leadership, discipline, counseling, relationships, and financial literacy. Cat is a proud alumna of the department.
