I am professor of psychology at California State University, Northridge. My work within and outside of the university -- research, teaching, and service -- is guided by critical race theory. My goal is to center and empower people from historically marginalized and under-served groups through my activities in the research lab, classroom, and community. Visit my website (linked above) for the latest updates on my research.
