Brief Biography
Dr. Sindhuja Bhakthavatsalam is a philosopher of science with a background in physics. She joined CSUN in 2015 and teaches philosophy as it relates to elementary education in the Liberal Studies program. She also teaches in the Philosophy department. Dr. Bhakthavatsalam works in the general philosophy of science focusing on values in science and theory choice, as well as in the intersection of the history and philosophy of science and science education.
