Brief Biography
Alessia Nanni Weisberg is Lecturer of Italian at California State University, Northridge. She obtained her MA and Ph.D. from UCLA. Her research focuses on Contemporary Italian Literature and Cinema, and Language Instruction. Her dissertation delves into the memoirs written by members of the Red Brigades, a terrorist group highly active in Italy during the ‘70s. She has taught Italian language, Literature and Culture in various institutions including UCLA, USC and Loyola Marymount University.
