Brief Biography
Alexis Gavilanes is a proud alumna of California State University, Northridge, having earned her B.A. in Child and Adolescent Development. As an undergraduate student, Alexis was first introduced to the field of Occupational Therapy through one of her CADV courses which started her on the path to a fulfilling career. Alexis earned her M.A. in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California. She has worked in various settings with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, with the goal of assisting her clients to achieve their goals and therefore improve their quality of life.
