Brief Biography
Dr. Arentoft is a Clinical Neuropsychologist. She examines biological, psychological, & sociocultural factors and brain-behavior relationships. Currently, she focuses on health disparities—including neuropsychological/cognitive deficits—among underrepresented groups. This includes 2 NIH-funded studies examining HIV medications, healthcare quality, and longitudinal changes in neuropsychological function and white matter integrity (i.e., MRI diffusion tensor imaging (DTI)) in HIV+ individuals.
