Anne Crawford (she/her)
Lecturer
Brief Biography
Anne Crawford is a lecturer in Linguistics and in Academic First Year Experiences, and taught ESL for many years prior to coming to CSUN. She is both a Writing Consultant and a Grammar Consultant in the LRC. Holding an M.A. in Linguistics, a TESL Certificate, an Adult Ed teaching credential, and a B.A. in History, she has extensive experience working with international student writing, and will toss out linguistic fun facts without warning. She is originally from the Pacific Northwest, and would still rather be in fleece than flip-flops, but has finally decided that California is pretty amazing, too.
