Brief Biography
Dr. Daniel Olmos is Associate Professor of Sociology at CSUN and teaches/researches sociological issues related to race/ethnicity, immigration, labor, urbanism, state power, and globalization. Dr. Olmos received his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in Sociology at UC Santa Barbara. Before CSUN, Dr. Olmos was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Josef Korbel School of Global and Public Affairs at the University of Denver.
