Brief Biography
Professor Farshad Ghodoosi is an assistant professor of business law at the Nazarian College of Business & Economics. He's an expert in contracts, corporate law, fintech, and international economic law. His scholarship is featured in top law reviews and leading business journals and has been cited by both the academic community and courts, as well as in the media. He has secured grants from institutions such as the National Science Foundation and the Knight Foundation. Among his accolades is the Best Interdisciplinary Paper Award from the Academy of Legal Studies for Business. Recently, he received the Georgio Family Faculty Fellowship in recognition of his outstanding research. With degrees from Yale Law, U.C. Berkeley Law, and the University of Tehran, Ghodoosi is licensed to practice in both California and New York and serves as an arbitrator.
