Felix Rabinovich is leading ATIMS, 20-year old software company that is developing systems for law enforcement and corrections industry. Felix has been on an Industry Advisory Board for the College of Engineering and Computer Sciences since 2007 and has been teaching Computer Science classes since 2014.
