Brief Biography
Gabrielle (Gabby) Danis attended California State University, Northridge (CSUN) for her undergraduate degree and was heavily involved on campus, participating in Greek life, Associated Students, New Student Orientation, and the TAKE program. She enjoyed her time at CSUN so much, she couldn't help but return to serve the campus that gave her so many opportunities for learning and personal growth. In 2018, Gabby received her Master's in Education, with an emphasis in Postsecondary Administration, from the University of Southern California (USC). When not in the classroom, Gabby is the Program Coordinator for the CSUN Mentorship Program, housed in the Office of Student Involvement and Development. Her professional philosophy is "to be a resource for all students I serve, both as a mentor and advocate, and assist them in their right to a quality education."
Gabby also volunteers at the Family Justice Center for Strength United, acting as an advocate for sexual trauma in the San Fernando Valley. In her spare time, you can find her traveling, roller skating, or riding horses!
