I have been teaching at CSU Northridge since 2002. My leadership interests are to support and encourage effective shared governance with a focus on leadership that is informative, transparent, democratic, and objective. To this end, I have served 15 years on the Faculty Senate, 2 on the Senate Executive Committee, and 7 years on the Personnel Policy and Review Committee.
