With over 25 years of experience in higher education administration, I am passionate about advancing student success and fostering inclusive, supportive academic communities. Born and raised in New York City to Italian and Puerto Rican parents, I have called Los Angeles home for the past 16 years, where I continue to grow both personally and professionally.

I hold postgraduate degrees in Public Administration, Business Administration, and Human Resources Management, and recently earned my Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from California State University, Northridge.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to transforming students’ lives through the power of higher education. My work centers on developing and leading innovative recruitment and outreach strategies that not only drive enrollment, collaboration, and partnerships but also expand access and opportunity.

I am currently conducting an academic research study, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative data for CSU5's The ReLAY Institute on Opportunity/Disconnected Youth and the barriers they face while seeking wraparound services in the Antelope Valley.

I am committed to creating dynamic learning environments where both students and colleagues can thrive and achieve their fullest potential.

Outside of work, I find balance in hiking, spinning, yoga, Pilates, and weightlifting. I also enjoy cooking healthy, flavorful meals and traveling the world to explore new cities, cultures, and cuisines.
