Dr. Salazar holds both Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Dr. Salazar has contributed extensively to the fields of integrated health, substance use disorder, mental health and HIV/AIDS through his roles as a counselor, health educator, community organizer, researcher, administrator and academic lecturer.
