Brief Biography
Dr. McNamara holds a BS in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from UC Davis and a PhD in Environmental Health Sciences from UCLA. She has provided industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental compliance services for a range of industries, including high tech oil and gas, health care, and academia. Her experience in the public sector includes a six year tenure with the city and county of San Francisco and a year in the built environmental program at LA County DPH. Her research interests include both psychosocial work factors and traditional exposure assessment.
