I am obsessed with innovation. Not just the shiny stuff that catches most peoples' attention. I really focus on the grimy, hardcore stuff that is required to convert ideas into value.

I got hooked on innovation while working at The Boeing Company where I was charged with helping find emerging practices and opportunities to enhance the company's rich heritage of innovation so that it could continue to push the boundaries of human achievement for another hundred years.

My academic background is from the Industrial and Systems Engineering department at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) where I earned my BS and MS in Industrial Engineering. After gaining some much-needed professional experience I obtained an MBA in Entrepreneurship at Pepperdine University.

After leaving Boeing I started multiple companies and have stayed focused on developing access to innovation and entrepreneurship resources for global companies and start-ups. 4th Sector Innovations has garnered most of my attention over the last decade and we have been running our InterPhase Incubator and Instantaneous pre-Accelerator; global programs that have helped more than 100 early-stage start-ups with no fee and no dilution as a result of community partnerships.

I believe that innovation and entrepreneurship can elevate human potential and I am committed to helping everyone seeking to produce meaningful value and create the amazing future we all deserve.
