Nasrin Golshany, Ph.D., is an architect, interior designer, lighting designer, researcher, and educator, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at California State University, Northridge. Her research focuses on the relationship between the built environment and human health, emphasizing Human-Centric Lighting Design and age-friendly spaces. Specializing in healthcare design, environmental psychology, and sustainable architecture, Dr. Golshany employs advanced tools like simulation and virtual reality to study the effects of indoor environments on older adults.
