Brief Biography
Natalie Flores-McCall holds a Master's of Education degree from Teachers College at Columbia University. Her experience and research are focused on developing diverse and equitable policy measures and practices which support quality early childhood education and care for all. Natalie also holds a declared specialization in Teacher Education, and is passionate about supporting teachers at all levels. For over a decade, Natalie has worked as a teacher in classrooms serving young children from infant/toddler care to second grade, as well as worked closely in coaching and supervising teachers to enhance their practices within the classroom, and at the graduate level. She's excited to leverage what she's learned over the years and share her knowledge with university students!
