Brief Biography
Nik has been a lecturer for the Department of Management in the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics (DNCBE) since Spring 2023. Nik joined CSUN after teaching Leadership, Ethics, Strategic Management, and Organizational Behavior at the undergraduate and graduate level for four years. Nik currently teaches in both the undergraduate and the MBA program at DNCBE. Nik's focus of her doctoral research centers on how to use emotionally intelligent pedagogy to academically motivate and engage students who are working full-time while pursuing their baccalaureate degree.
