Brief Biography
Rashida Hasan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Her research interest includes machine learning, data mining, and deep learning. Her current research projects include data preprocessing: Feature Selection, Feature Extraction, and Outlier/Anomaly Detection for static and streaming data.
Apart from research, she loves music, poetry, and astronomy.
