Brief Biography
Ray's academic interests include affordable housing, demography, immigration, and the environment. Professionally, he owns and operates Charity Alliance Realty, a primarily residential real estate brokerage that donates a percentage of revenues to local and regional charities. His background also includes owning/managing real estate, small development projects, and commercial appraisal/consulting. His interests provided him with the opportunity to appear in episodes of Greenovate, on Discovery.
