Brief Biography
Robert is the Chief Investigator/Trainer for Montgomery Investigations (a private investigations and health and safety consulting and training firm). He is a California Licensed Private Investigator and California Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS). He holds a BS and MS in EOH, and a MPA, all from CSUN and has extensive experience in environmental enforcement and regulatory compliancy programs. He is an Authorized OSHA & Cal/OSHA Outreach Instructor and a CSTI Certified Hazardous Materials Outreach Instructor. He has previously taught EOH 454 and EOH 101 at CSUN and has taught several semesters of Environment Hazardous Materials/Waste Management & Lab at Oxnard Community College.
