Associate Director- Visiting Researcher (Institute for Pure and Applied Mathematics)

Assistant Director to promote the mission of IPAM and engage in activities designed to broaden the impact of IPAM and its programs on the mathematical, scientific, and engineering communities. (S)he actively searches out and develops innovative program ideas and explores future direction for IPAM. The Associate Director builds contacts with organizers especially in areas related to her/his field of expertise, and utilizes her/his unique connections to the community. The Associate Director seeks out funding opportunities that synergize with IPAM?s mission. The Associate Director serves as member of IPAM?s two boards, the Board of Trustees and Science Advisory Board.
