Sub shall perform the GIS Services in compliance with and in accordance with, and subject to, the provisions of the Master Reciprocal Subcontract Agreement between Prime and Sub dated March 1, 2012. Sub shall perform the GIS Services in compliance with and in accordance with, and subject to, the applicable Flow-Down Provisions of the Prime Agreement: Sub has a copy of Exhibit(s) C & D to the Prime Agreement as set forth in Attachment 2 to this Work Order.
