This project is a collaborative proposal between R. Heermance (CSUN) and N. Lifton (Purdue Univ.). Analyses must be performed at PRIME lab where they have developed new, improved analytical techniques that greatly improve the probability of project success. In past SCEC proposals, analytical costs have not been included in the proposal budget. The PIs have tried to minimize costs for fieldwork, and will attempt to support student research with internal funding.
