CTEPP will leverage the successes of the New Generation of Educators Initiative (NGEI) ?Learning Lab to Close the Teacher Diversity Gap? toward the aim of recruiting, preparing, and retaining Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) teachers to serve California?s diverse student population. CTEPP is sponsoring CSUN to enact proposed project activities. CTEPP works across CSU campuses, and organizes and facilitates networking meetings and shares data and resources to establish and effectuate best practices.
