Conduct two (2) customer satisfaction surveys of FamilySource system adult customers. The first survey is to be conducted by October 31, 2013. The second survey is to be conducted by March 31, 2014. Prepare a written report with data tables summarizing the adult satisfaction survey results by May 31, 2014. This report will contain a comparison to the three prior years of Family Source survey results. Conduct a survey of FamilySource executive directors to determine their satisfaction levels with the City as the grant administrator by March 31, 2014. Prepare a written report summarizing the executive directors? satisfaction survey results by May 31, 2014.
