Collaborative Research: Resource Hub: The GANAS National Resource Hub for Hispanic Serving Institutions

The National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN) seeks to establish a mentoring network for faculty and students who are underrepresented or who work at institutions where underrepresented students are trained to increase the participation of underrepresented groups in the biomedical workforce. Resources to improve grantsmanship, mentoring and enhance professional development will be developed. The outcomes include improving effective mentoring, increase in the number of UR scientists applying and who are successful in securing research grants, and developing a network based community for improving recruitment and retention of UR groups in the basic biomedical workforce.
