    CSUN shall furnish consulting services to LCB, to be provided by the Management Department within CSUN's College of Business Administration and Economics, as LCB shall require, pursuant to a schedule mutually agreed to by LCB and CSUN. The consulting services to be furnished by CSUN under this Agreement shall consist of the development and delivery of a training program for LCB personnel interested in becoming first time manager s or supervisors, as described in Rider A, and training for existing managers and supervisors as described in Rider B, which are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.
