California State University, Northridge Subaward Bechtel Foundation Grant Scope of Work The scope of work will include the operationalizing for the initial pilot for the Institutions of Higher Education Consortium (IHE) data sharing agreement with the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). For the project period of January 1, 2016-June 30, 2016, Dr. Michael E. Spagna will oversee the development and operationalizing of the data sharing template at their institution. The project team will work with the prime grantee the LA Chamber, LAUSD, and any hired consultants to develop and refine a data dictionary and data template for the collection of data required for the project. The project team will then collect candidate data starting from 2010-2011 school year through 2014-2015 school year and provide the collected to LAUSD for merging with their human resources data. LAUSD will provide de-identified data set to be analyzed based on the agreed upon research questions from the data sharing agreement.
