The department has revised the BSBA, option in Real Estate and created a new minor in Real Estate. There is a Real Estate Curriculum committee who is tasked with determining whether to create an M.S. in Real Estate. Four new courses have been created. We anticipate increased student demand and the resulting need for greater support in program management, class support and student advisement.
