Lead Principal Investigator:
The Song Brown RN Capitation Grant would provide support funding for students who are interested in working in under-served populations in the last semester of their BSN program. Currently, there are multiple underrepresented communities in the Los Angeles County area that are in need of quality nursing care. This project would provide under represented community hospitals the professional nurse interns needed with minimal financial obligation.
