Scott Amiss
Lecturer
Teaching Associate AY - Kinesiology
Brief Biography
I completed both my B.S. and M.S. in Kinesiology at CSUN in Spring 2014 and 2017, respectively. While a student at CSUN, I worked as a PLF, a Graduate TA, and a tutor at the Learning Resource Center within the Oviatt Library. I am very interested in how people (and especially students) learn! I am a Fellow of the American Physiological Society, and I also Co-Direct the PLF program in the CSUN Kinesiology Department with Dr. Kim Henige. I currently teach KIN 346 and KIN 446 at CSUN, and the equivalent of KIN 346 at Occidental College.
