Brief Biography
As an educator and organizational leader, Dr. Bamrungpong is dedicated to advancing holistic thinking and stimulating creativity across multiple fields. She takes pride in synergizing business and innovation, designing transformative learning experiences that catalyze intellectual, creative, and personal advancement. Her enthusiasm for crossing disciplinary boundaries establishes her as a modern-day polymath.
With an industry tenure exceeding twenty-five years, her professional narrative includes senior executive tenures at world-renowned corporations such as General Motors and KPMG. Her second career in academia began in 2005. Her expertise and insight have earned her a fellowship at the Institute for Social Innovation. She furthered her academic influence at Royal Roads University after being invited to take on a critical role as a master's thesis supervisor within the School of Leadership Studies.
As Director of the Business Honors Program at the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics, she continues to steer aspiring minds toward excellence. Since 2015, her tenure as a faculty member in the Department of Management has been marked by her unwavering dedication to imparting a blend of scholarly wisdom and practical expertise, particularly in leadership and management. Her rich tapestry of corporate and academic experiences forms the cornerstone of her enduring commitment to nurturing innovators and leaders of tomorrow.
