Dr. Wang obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine (UCI) in 1998. He is currently a professor in the Department of Computer Science at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Prior to joining CSUN, he was a researcher in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and the Center for Biomedical Engineering at UCI. His research interests include deep learning, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data mining, and semantic computing, with over 55 published papers in these areas.
