Brief Biography
Wayne earned a Ph.D. from the School of Information Systems and Technology at Claremont Graduate University in 2008.
As a consultant, he has worked or consulted in IT, data, and strategy in industries as diverse as caviar/fine food (sales data analysis), automobile racing manufacturing (accounting/enterprise resource systems), music audio/computer integration, aerospace (finite-element analysis), desktop software instruction for legal secretaries, major magazine printing (production/imposition), and higher education (network design and IT management). He has done public-sector consulting at the State-(strategic dashboards), County-(decision-support), and City-levels (executive recruiting).
At CSUN Wayne has been a student, a student-assistant, a staff member, a consultant, an administrator, and a Lecturer. Wayne has served on about two-dozen committees (including multiple Senate Standing Committee and Senate Exec.) and has been the Chair of three.
