Highfield will serve as the Nursing Research Facilitator at Dignity Health ? Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Northridge, CA. In this capacity, Highfield will facilitate nursing staff education and development that is focused on clinical nursing research and evidence-based practice. Her focus is to identify and implement activities that support scholarly inquiry by NHMC nursing staff.
