This project aims to demonstrate the capbilities of massive cluster SIMS for nanoscale molecular analysis of electronic materials. The materials will be provided by the Intel Corporation. The results will show that with massive cluster SIMS we can evaluate the molecular composition of thin films and track molecular aggregation.
