Brief Biography
Vladimir Gurfinkel began his professional carrier in the civil engineering & construction management industry in year 1995, after destructive January 17, 1994, Northridge Earthquake, when he was a 3rd year student (junior) in the School of Civil Engineering at CSUN.
He holds Master of Science in Structural Engineering (2001) and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (1997) from CSUN. He is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the States of California (Lic. No. C 75540) and Nevada (Lic. No. C 16915).
His professional expertise and experience are in the fields of structural engineering design and construction management / construction contract administration.
He is also a Certified Resident Engineer.
